Sannuo New Materials Technology (Luoyang) Co., Ltd.’s 60,000-ton/year high-performance extractant project is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of National Highway 208 and Jili Avenue in the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Mengjin District, Luoyang City. The project includes the construction of a new production line with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons of diisooctyl phosphate (P204), 10,000 tons of 2-ethylhexyl phosphate mono-2-ethylhexyl ester (P507), 10,000 tons of trioctyl phosphate (TOP), 10,000 tons of copper extractant (SN100 series), and 20,000 tons of tributyl phosphate (TBP), as well as auxiliary facilities and environmental protection facilities. Upon completion, the plant will have an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of high-performance extractants. The total investment is 600 million yuan.
